We see people texting on phones and tablets every day, everywhere. People who can't seem able to lift their heads to avoid walking off curbs or straying into traffic. Texting can be fun but there is something to say for "Be in the Moment" awareness which constant texting seems to ignore.
I thought I'd have a little fun illustrating characters in the act of texting or taking photos.
Some images are complete, others are parts for kids to mix and match the facial features. Print out a collection, color and cut out the shapes to make your own composit texters.
Print a collection of eyes, for instance, and have the kids draw in appropriate (or silly) facial features, hair and other characteristics.
